 Return & Refund Policy

At Edelvéa, we hope you enjoy every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the conditions set out below.

1. Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us at:

Important: If you placed your order using only a phone number (without an email address), you will not be able to access your customer account through the link above. In this case, please use the secure link included in your SMS order confirmation to manage your return.

2. Returning Your Items

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods (or proof that they have been sent), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will include:

- the full purchase price of the returned items;
- the cost of the standard delivery option originally paid for your order.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard shipping option, the additional shipping cost will not be refunded.

We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;
- items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

If any of these exceptions apply, they will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@edelvea.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
