Return & Refund Policy

At Edelvéa, we take great care in creating and shipping each product. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (home fragrance items such as candles and diffusers), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Used candles or diffusers
- Products not in original condition or missing packaging
- Items marked as final sale (if applicable)
