At Edelvéa, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring careful handling and quality control of every product.

Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

- Switzerland
- European Union countries

Shipping Methods

Switzerland

- Swiss Post Standard: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Swiss Post Priority: 1 business day after dispatch (where available)

European Union

- DHL Parcel: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
- DHL Express: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

- Switzerland: free shipping on orders over 100 CHF  
- European Union: free shipping on orders over 150 CHF  

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the order value threshold is met.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
